Personalised Villa Wedding Ceremony
Every villa ceremony is fully personalised. After confirming your booking, I provide 3 to 4 example ceremony scripts. From there, you can choose one ceremony style, combine elements from different scripts, or create a completely bespoke ceremony.
We refine the wording together so it reflects your relationship, your personalities and the kind of atmosphere you want to create on the day.
How the Ceremony Planning Works
Around 80% of my bookings come directly from resorts across Thailand or from established wedding planners. Villa wedding bookings often follow the same process, with the planner, coordinator or villa management team providing the couple’s contact details so the ceremony planning can begin smoothly.
A couple of months before the wedding, I email the couple with example wedding ceremony scripts so they can start to design their ceremony in a relaxed and structured way.
Once the process is complete, I have:
- a completed bespoke wedding ceremony
- the couple’s full names
- the full names of any witnesses for the certificate
- the couple’s preferred colours for the Unity Sand Ritual
At that point, the planning is complete.
The couple may schedule an online call during this process to introduce themselves and cover any specific requests. This is optional, as I always arrive early on the wedding day to meet the couple in person and help ensure the ceremony feels relaxed, natural and memorable.
However, I am always available for an online call, as I understand this is an important day in the couple’s life and some couples appreciate that extra reassurance.
Villa Wedding Planning and Permissions
Villa weddings require confirmed permission from the villa owner or management. This is typically arranged by the wedding planner, villa management or resort coordinator before the wedding day.
As a wedding celebrant in Phuket, I conduct the ceremony once the venue, ceremony setup and permissions have been properly confirmed.
I am also the co-owner of Unique Phuket Wedding Planners, together with my partner Supparin. This means couples who are at the start of their planning journey can arrange villa selection, ceremony setup and full wedding planning support, with me as their celebrant.
This combined experience helps ensure that the planning and ceremony elements work seamlessly together.
